Happy Labor Day Weekend, Scribblers!

Please mark your calendars for Friday, September 15th, when Brad Kuhn and Darlyn Finch will give a poetry reading at Urban Think! Bookstore at 7 pm. Come at 6 for cocktails and stay after 8 for the post-poetry-party. It's gonna get hot in Thornton Park!

Celebrations:

Check out Curtis Meyer's elegy for Will's Pub. Those of us who were lucky enough to watch his heartfelt reading of this article onstage at Will's last call will want to clip and save it. Those who didn't - run, don't walk - to pick up an Orlando Sentinel for Saturday, September 2nd, and read New Voices on page A-21. Well said, Curtis!
